Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Customer Success role.

  • Proficiency in Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, Churn Zero or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
