We are seeking a seasoned strategic professional to spearhead customer success initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering value-driven programs that foster long-term relationships with customers and drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive customer success plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth and retention
Required skills and qualifications:
Business Acumen
Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise-wide transformation programs
Familiarity with Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies
Tech Savvy
Experience with ERP, Test Management, and Service Management deployments
Technical background with expertise in CRM software and customer success tools
Personal Qualities
Strong customer ownership experience (customer success, consulting, sales, account management)
5-7 years of experience working with large enterprise organizations and a proven track record of measurably impacting customer results
