About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Professional to lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success, managing relationships with large, global organizations. A strong business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our users' businesses is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of your customers.
  • Support expansion of your accounts by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring customers are successful.
  • Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance, and IT.
  • Evangelize customer success stories and systems.
  • Articulate and drive customer use cases and value while maintaining trusted advisor status.
  • Serve as a trusted payments and commerce advisor to the customer.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews to align on priorities, payments performance, optimization opportunities, and product roadmap.
  • Advocate for the customer and share feedback and insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally in customer success.
  • Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our users' businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • History of success as a consultant or technical account manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
