Business Development Manager

Gforce Employment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in Ballarat. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic plans to address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement plans to address customer needs and drive business growth.
- Cultivate Profitable Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Promote Quality Sales, Supply, and Customer Service Processes: Promote and maintain high levels of quality in sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Preserve Existing Customer Relationships and Renew Contracts: Preserve existing customer relationships and renew contracts to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
- Establish New Relationships with Potential Customers: Establish new relationships with potential customers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and Reduce Lead Times for Client Orders: Monitor and reduce lead times for client orders to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Liaise with Operations Manager on Order and Delivery Issues: Liaise with the Operations Manager on order and delivery issues to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyse Customer Sales Performance and Generate Reports: Analyse customer sales performance and generate reports to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
- Conduct On-Site Visits to Understand Client Businesses: Conduct on-site visits to understand client businesses and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
- Proven Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced Organisational and Technical/Computer Skills: Advanced organisational and technical/computer skills, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
