Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council Inc. (BRMC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and emerging business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage diversified revenue streams to support BRMC's ongoing work for multicultural communities in the Ballarat and Grampians region.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and internal/external stakeholders to progress business opportunities.
  • Establish processes to ensure sustainable revenue streams.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic business thinking.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Financial literacy.
  • A passion for social impact.

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, project management, or a related discipline is desirable.

This is a part-time 0.8 FTE position, available for one year with the possibility of extension.
