About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team in North West Victoria. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our diverse portfolios.

Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences and work closely with all Aruma teams to create innovative, sustainable solutions that empower individuals to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enhance strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and networks.
  • Innovative promotion of Aruma's support offerings, created in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications function.
  • Develop and implement person-centred approaches and focus in all areas of daily interactions and practice.
  • Ensure the best possible customer experience for all new customer leads to Aruma.
  • Drive regional vacancy management and growth portfolios to secure new customers.
  • Champion customer choice and control, and demonstrate a commitment to customer-centricity.
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service function while optimizing sales growth and opportunities for service expansion.
  • Offer accurate and timely advice and direction to prospective customers, their families/networks, and services colleagues.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team to achieve delegated KPIs.
  • Ensure the customer perspective is apparent throughout all aspects of business development.
