Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealerships and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to ensure we are positioned to take advantage of future opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales training and coaching to our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Travel regularly to our dealerships and key customer sites to maintain a strong presence and build relationships.
