We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team at Keegan Adams as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in the organisation and smooth running of our boutique, privately run investment firm.
In this highly varied and dynamic role, you will become a trusted and highly valued member of our team, supporting the Managing Director across both professional and personal tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
- Diary and email management for the Managing Director, requiring exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Expense and invoice tracking, as well as administration and record keeping on our investment portfolio, including commercial real estate properties.
- Acting as a liaison with external partners, such as accountants, lawyers, investment advisors, and property managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing support to the Managing Director with ad hoc personal matters, requiring a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Our team is a small, collaborative, and loyal group, where you can build a satisfying long-term career as you continue to evolve and support the executive and business for years to come.
To succeed in this opportunity, you will have:
- 10+ years' experience in office support, including specific experience as a PA / EA supporting busy executives with both professional and personal matters.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the confident ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A mature attitude with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- A problem-solving mindset with a flexible mentality, where no task is too big or too small.
