As an Executive Receptionist and Host for VIPs, your role would involve providing exceptional customer service and creating a high-class experience for important guests. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this position:
**VIP Guest Management**: Coordinate all aspects of VIP visits, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations. Ensure a seamless and personalised experience for VIPs by understanding their preferences and requirements.

**Front Desk Services**:Serve as the first point of contact for VIP guests, greeting them with professionalism and warmth. Assist personally to phone calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously.

**VIP Liaison**: Act as the main contact for VIPs during their visit, attending to their needs and requests. Provide guidance, information, and assistance to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

**Confidentiality and Privacy**:Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and personal details of VIP guests. Uphold privacy and security protocols to ensure the highest level of confidentiality.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in organising VIP events, conferences, or meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure a flawless execution of VIP events.

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
