Regional Manager Opportunity

InvoCare is a leading service provider in the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We are seeking a qualified Regional Manager to lead our team in Tasmania.

About the Role

The Regional Manager will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our client families. This includes:

  • Mentoring and coaching teams to achieve performance targets
  • Delivering performance in line with budget requirements
  • Ensuring action plans are in place to continuously improve performance
  • Establishing an efficient organization structure that responds to business demand and need
  • Recruiting, developing and maintaining a high performing team in the region
  • Ensuring services are delivered in line with operational and brand standards
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring asset management, annual maintenance plans and procurement strategies are implemented
About You

We are looking for a proven leader with experience in leading geographically dispersed multi-site teams. You will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and positive direction. You will also have a proven ability to move between strategy and operational execution, and a strong attention to detail and reporting abilities.
