Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

InvoCare is a leading service provider in the funeral industry, operating over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We are seeking a qualified Regional Manager to lead our team in Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service to client families, resulting in performance targets.
  • Deliver performance in line with budget requirements.
  • Establish an efficient organization structure to respond to business demand and deliver against objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing team in the region.
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with operational and brand standards.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Actively seek out growth opportunities within the region.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading a geographically dispersed multi-site team, including recruiting, training, and development.
  • Strong leadership and ability to articulate clear direction.
  • Proven ability to move between strategy and operational execution.
  • Ability to develop key relationships and networks in the community.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting abilities.
  • Proven success in delivering results that meet or exceed budgets.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude.
  • A proven ability to drive change and innovate.
  • Strong communication skills and desire to build effective working relationships.
