About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to lead our Australian market growth. As National Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth through strategic account management and relationship-building.
  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to outperform competitors and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support customer needs.

What We Offer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Australia, with overnight stays as required.
