This is a highly influential leadership position within Bms Performance, driving the company's growth plans in Australia.
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team and contribute significantly to the company's expansion efforts.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the sales team, managing the sales budget, and establishing key relationships with customers.
A strong understanding of the retail distribution space and experience leading national or state-level sales teams are essential for this role.
You will work closely with the global CEO and play a crucial part in shaping the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the sales team on a national level, setting clear targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal returns.
- Become an integral member of the company's leadership team, contributing to high-level decision-making.
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader, preferably at a national or state level.
- Strong understanding of the retail distribution space and passion for shoe care products.
- Hands-on management style, ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
