We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive profitable market share and revenue goals in Lenovo Australia's Consumer Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sector, with strong leadership experience and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a sales-driven, results-oriented professional who embodies Lenovo's values and inspires the team to exceed expectations.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
