National Sales Director for Powersports and Products

The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy sales leader with a strong track record in driving revenue and profit growth in the wholesale durable consumer goods industry.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Director to lead our powersports and products division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
You will oversee network sales, product strategy creation, and lifecycle planning to drive sales and profit targets while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders across the business. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong capacity to deliver on numerous priorities, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing national sales and network team.
