Drive Revenue Growth in the Australian Market

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our consumer division, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving revenue growth in the Australian market.

About the Role

The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Customer-Centricity: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and channel partners to ensure Lenovo remains their preferred partner.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.
  • Retail Partnerships: Experience working with retail and channel partners in a competitive market.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
