A key role has become available in our Trade Sales team. As a Trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Trade Sales Representatives and their customer accounts.

  • Preparing and sending customer quotations
  • Assisting customers and Trade Representatives in arranging orders and ensuring timely processing
  • Coordinating order entry with internal sales and patio estimating teams
  • Maintaining accurate account administration and up-to-date records

Key qualities of the successful applicant include:

  • A strong customer focus with attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A hands-on approach with good technical ability

To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of Stratco's products and services. You will also need to be willing to participate in regular training to stay up-to-date.
