About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales Representative to join our growing team in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send customer quotations
  • Assist customers and trade reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
  • Coordinate order entry with internal sales and patio estimating teams
  • Maintain up-to-date account administration
  • Meet monthly budget targets
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements:
  • Desirable - experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales
  • Desirable - experience working in the building or manufacturing industry
  • Possess a passion for creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
  • Be reliable, highly organized, autonomous, and able to multitask
  • Show willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
