Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for our next Trade Sales Assistant to join our Arundel team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, this is a full-time permanent opportunity with Monday to Friday hours (7:30am-4pm) where you will add significant value by:

- Providing customer support to stonemasons and tradespeople, answering inquiries about our products, product recommendations, order status or stock availability.
- Organising and arranging the showroom to provide customers with a great experience the moment they enter the door.
- Greeting customers across each division at CDK who enter the showroom.
- Assisting our external Sales Representatives who are out on the road by following up on quotes, invoices, and completing purchase orders.
- Completing customer orders by confirming the details of the order ensuring accuracy, then liaising with the courier or external salesperson to arrange delivery.

**About You**
- Whether you're a plumber, roofer, carpenter or builder, you love the trade industry but may be looking for a long term career off the tools.

- After you finish a job for a customer you find it important to check in if they are satisfied with the service and answer any further questions or enquiries you can from them.
