Trade Counter Sales Representative">

Csr Limited is a leading Australian manufacturer of innovative, sustainable building products and systems.

As part of our Gyprock Trade Centre team at Carrara QLD, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to meet the needs of customers and work closely with colleagues in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to customers through various channels (walk-in, email, phone)
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by assisting with daily tasks
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of display and merchandising within the store

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or trade counter sales is desirable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills are essential
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as needed is also required
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety procedures are must-haves
