Your Day-to-Day

Here's what life as a Trade Counter Champion looks like:

• Meet and greet customers on our busy trade counter with a smile and energy.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Collect pre-picked online orders from the warehouse (loaded onto trolleys) and bring them to the trade collections area for a friendly handover.
• Answer FAQs around products and provide fast, accurate advice.
• Assist our service team in delivering excellence across all touchpoints.
• Process product returns quickly and as part of a larger team.
• Promptly answer inbound customer support queries via phone, email, or in person.
• Operate a forklift (if licensed) to retrieve large pallets and load onto customer trailers during peak periods.
• Chaise up aging uncollected orders
• Complete end-of-month KPI reconciliations.
• Keep the trade counter and warehouse areas clean, safe, and positive.

Note: This role includes repetitive manual handling tasks, and some heavy lifting is required. You'll need to be fit and energetic to keep up with our fast-paced environment.

• Forklift licence (LO or LF) or willingness to obtain.
• Some kind of trade background or trade sales experience

Shifts Available at our Gold Coast DC:

• AM: 5:00am – 1:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Day: 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Overtime and Saturday shifts available – 6:00AM-9.30AM
