**Business Development Manager - Trade and Working Capital Specialist**

The role of a Business Development Manager in Trade and Working Capital is to provide diverse specialist solutions by leveraging working capital expertise. This opportunity allows you to put the customer at the heart of your work, delivering NAB solutions that meet their needs.

You will be responsible for proactively researching, identifying, and sourcing new trading business opportunities for the Trade & Working Capital team. You will work with Bankers and Customers to originate TWC specialist products and services within a defined B&P coverage region.

This includes:

  • Origination of TWC specialist products and services.
  • Seeking new business opportunities through conversations with clients and their advisers.
  • Identifying customer needs and matching to appropriate solutions via a thorough review of a customer's cash flow performance.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience in business development and an understanding of working capital. Key skills include:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills, actively engaging with clients and bankers.
  • An understanding of financial metrics and a working capital supply chain.
