We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Administration Specialist. As a key member of our People team, you'll play a critical role in managing essential HR processes and ensuring all employment changes are handled seamlessly.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes. You'll bring a strong foundation in HR administration, knowledge of the industrial landscape, and proficiency in data reporting and systems.

  • Managing the People inbox, ensuring all employee queries are directed and addressed promptly
  • Handling onboarding and offboarding activities to create a positive and professional experience
  • Managing employment changes and coordinating with external providers on employment contracts
  • Supporting the probation review process alongside leaders to ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR metrics to support reporting
  • Assisting with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey results
