About the Role

Job Type: 12-month fixed term contract, full time

Job Location: Our branch is located in a thriving community, where you will have the opportunity to work with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

As a Home and Investment Lending Specialist, you will work closely with our Home and Investment Lending Manager to support customers in achieving their financial goals. You will provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring their experience with our organization is seamless and personalized.

You will be responsible for identifying and recommending financial solutions that meet our customers' needs, and ensuring that lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide our customers with a comprehensive banking experience, including transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and education on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer service.
