Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team at Empire Group. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our Family Law Partner and team in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and manage cost agreements, draft legal documents, and perform diary management tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of Briefs, billings, and general administrative duties.
- Work closely with our Family Law Partner to provide expert advice and support on all aspects of family law, including Family Dispute Resolution, Consent Orders, Property settlements, Parenting matters, Binding Financial Agreements, Binding Child Support Agreements, Spousal Maintenance, and Domestic and Family Violence matters.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Secretarial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
