Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide holistic case management services, building strong relationships with clients and their families. You will work collaboratively with other service providers to deliver tailored support, focusing on the social and economic well-being of your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans, ensuring consistency with client needs and goals.
  • Provide crisis management support, advocacy, and referral services to clients with complex needs.
  • Deliver orientation sessions on various settlement outcome domains, promoting cultural awareness and understanding.
Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Work or Psychological Science/Psychology.
  • Proven experience in case management, particularly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
