Humanitarian Settlement Program Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Humanitarian Settlement Program Specialist to support newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants in building their skills and knowledge for social and economic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HSP settlement services to clients according to policy and procedures
  • Review and update pre-arrival needs assessments and implement CMPs via various service delivery methods
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, track progress, and reassess client needs and goals
  • Develop networks and liaise with stakeholders to meet client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) or Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Community Services)
  • Experience in case management and knowledge of the refugee settlement process
  • High-level written and verbal English skills
  • Bilingual candidates who speak Arabic or Dari/Farsi are highly desirable, as is a driver's license
