**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and resilient Programs Coordinator to lead impactful programs, strengthen emergency responses, build partnerships, and serve humanity with passion and purpose.

Our organization is a humanitarian agency motivated by faith to enable people and communities to improve their health and livelihoods and assist in disaster recovery around the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and support humanitarian programs nationally and internationally through strong project management, quality assurance, and collaboration with partners.
  • Strengthen emergency management capacity by coordinating and supporting emergency responses within Australia.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying funding opportunities, engaging donors, and supporting program design.

  • Possess a passion for meeting humanitarian needs and building resilience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively in stressful environments.

  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders of diverse ages and backgrounds.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural settings.
  • Undergraduate degree in management, business administration or related fields with 3+ years experience in the Not-for-Profit and/or Development and/or Humanitarian sector.
  • Ability to generate accurate and complete programmatic reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
