We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Management Programs Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of international and national humanitarian programs.

The role involves strong project management systems, quality assurance, and close engagement with implementing partners to build trust, accountability, and results-focused collaboration.

This position provides important support to the Emergency Management team in business development by helping to identify and pursue funding opportunities, strengthening donor engagement, and supporting program design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement emergency management programs that meet the needs of affected communities
  • Build and maintain relationships with implementing partners, stakeholders, and donors
  • Support business development initiatives through grant writing, proposal development, and partnership building

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as emergency management, international development, or public health
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency management, program implementation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
