Job Title:

Outbound Supporter Telemarketer

  • Respond to donor needs with exceptional customer service, making outbound calls to boost donations through sales skills and knowledge of humanitarian work.
  • Maintain high volumes of targeted campaigns to increase supporter loyalty and generosity.
  • Ensure honest and reliable information for a seamless customer experience, fostering trust and a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Resolve issues on the first call and provide next-best offers to engage donors.

Targeted Campaigns:

Design and execute targeted campaigns to drive supporter engagement and increase donations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign results to inform future initiatives and optimize performance.
Supporter Relationships:

Nurture and grow long-term relationships with supporters, recognizing and rewarding their contributions.

  • Implement personalized approaches to recognize and appreciate supporters' efforts.
  • Foster a culture of appreciation and gratitude within the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supporter engagement strategies to meet evolving needs.
