About the role:

We're looking for a driven Business Safety Partner to lead from the front and shape safety culture across our Coopers Plains and Brendale sites.

With exciting new capital projects underway, this is a great time to join us and drive safety excellence as we invest in our operations' future.

Your role will include:

- Driving real change by identifying safety gaps and creating clear improvement plans.

- Coaching frontline leaders and operators to build a strong safety culture beyond compliance.

- Rolling out key safety initiatives like Permit to Work and Never Walk Past, embedding them into daily operations.

- Leading site safety committees and working closely with contractors to ensure high standards are consistently met.

- Investigating incidents, getting to the root of issues, and making sure corrective actions stick.

- Supporting compliance with legislation and internal standards, including national audit frameworks.

You are a dedicated safety professional with proven experience in leading safety programs in complex environments. Your expertise in risk management, compliance, and leadership makes you a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and standards.

- Experience in risk reduction planning and safety systems implementation.

- Proven ability to coach and lead teams towards safety excellence.

- Effective stakeholder engagement and change management skills.

- Familiarity with incident management processes and root cause analysis.
