Drive Quality Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance professional to join our team as a Quality Compliance and Innovation Partner.

This role is responsible for building the capability of cluster leaders to ensure an effective governance and quality framework, the provision of high-quality care, and continuous improvement.

  • This relationship-driven role partners with General Managers to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services.

The successful candidate will have expertise in navigating current and emerging Aged Care Legislation and driving innovations across multiple services accordingly.

You will also present with relevant tertiary qualifications in a Nursing or Health discipline, or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality.

  1. A strong verbal and written communicator, you are skilled in establishing effective working relationships centered on building leader's capability through partnership.
  2. Highly-competent in reporting, you have a proven ability to dissect problems and conduct root-cause analysis to determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly.
