Join the team as a Safety and Quality Advisor and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality within this organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Work Health and Safety (WHS) Management**: Support effective WHS planning and implementation, measure, analyse, and report on health and safety performance, and collaborate with teams to achieve WHS objectives.
- **Incident Management**: Assist in the effective management of workforce incidents, provide training and support, and drive continuous improvement.
- **Quality Management**: Undertake and implement quality management activities, manage feedback systems, and measure and report on quality performance.
- **Governance and Compliance**: Contribute to organisational policies and procedures, support corporate compliance requirements, and ensure subcontractor compliance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Support decision-making, coordinate improvement projects, and monitor and report on the success of improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care, health, or disability sectors.
- Detailed knowledge or ability to rapidly acquire understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and related compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage projects.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

**Desirable**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Governance, Risk, Health and Safety.
- Experience with quality, safety, and risk systems and databases.
- Understanding of legislative compliance and specialised service delivery within diverse groups.
