Driving Quality Excellence

This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Quality Professional to drive excellence in quality processes and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead special investigations to find root cause for customer complaints and implement long-term actions to eradicate systematic defects.
- Evaluate and recommend manufacturing processes, equipment, gauging, and tooling towards zero defects.
- Analyze defect data and launch projects based on highest losses using the VPS methodology.
- Provide documentation and data to support all analysis, investigation, and resolution.
- Define and maintain a quality control plan for the plant.
- Support quality control documentation.
- Support PFMEA and quality risk assessment efforts for manufacturing process.
- Support project introductions as required.
- Support poka-yoke management to prevent quality defects, visualization.
- Prioritize workload based on safety, severity, cost, and management direction.
- Coach/train on quality VPS tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality methods and processes.
Other Key Areas:
- Health & Safety: Ensure a culture of safe working and a safe work environment for all staff. Report and address any health & safety issues.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Manage risk and compliance in the area, including ongoing identification of material risks.
