About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Charterhouse Sydney office team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information about Charterhouse to visitors and callers.
  • Meeting Room Bookings: Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a highly professional appearance and attitude.
