Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver front-of-house services to a high standard, reflecting best practices, including greeting clients and creating memorable experiences with a warm and professional approach.
- Coordinate with catering, technology, business development, and legal support teams to ensure the smooth operation of the room booking system and client floor.
- Manage incoming phone calls and oversee the reception mailbox efficiently.
