We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and being the primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, catering, and weekly food orders
  • Coordinate events and meetings, track invoices, and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Perform office opening and closing procedures, answer and transfer calls, and greet guests
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
  • Build and develop effective client relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment, including the kitchen area and stock cupboards
  • Handle shipping and receiving functions, tracking incoming packages, and documenting equipment maintenance needs
  • Procure common office supplies and requisition in the system

Requirements:

  • Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Recent graduate wanting to enter the corporate world
  • Friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills
