In this pivotal role, you will be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they are greeted with warmth and professionalism. Your contribution will be vital in establishing a favorable first impression of the organization, as you will oversee front desk operations, manage inquiries, and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Efficiently answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist in the preparation of events and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
- Perform maintenance tasks as required.
- Provide general information about the organization to visitors and callers.
- Offer support to other departments as needed.
- Demonstrated experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar corporate role.
- Background in hospitality will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
