  1. Facilities Management: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client's facilities, including the coordination of events and meetings, tracking and processing of invoices, and the maintenance of a professional work environment.
  2. Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our client's employees and visitors, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client's facilities operations, communicating with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  4. Procurement: You will be responsible for handling common office supplies requisitions in our system, ensuring that our client's facilities are well-stocked and equipped.
