Corporate Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and being the primary point of contact for our multinational tech client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, catering, and weekly food orders
- Coordinate events and meetings, track invoices, and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
- Perform office opening and closing procedures, answer and transfer calls, and greet guests
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
- Build and develop effective client and stakeholder relationships
- Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment
- Handle shipping and receiving functions, including tracking and delivery of packages
- Document and advise manager of equipment, furniture, or fittings requiring maintenance
- Procure common office supplies and requisition in the system
Requirements:
- Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality, or customer service role
- Recent graduate wanting to enter the corporate world
- Friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills
