Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver front-of-house services that reflect best practices, including warmly welcoming clients and creating memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with catering, technology, business development, and legal support teams to ensure the smooth operation of the room booking system and client floor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and oversee the reception mailbox.

  • Previous experience in a corporate service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to infuse warmth and professionalism into every interaction, ensuring a positive reception experience.
  • Exhibit confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service skills, maintaining immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire.
