We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Officer to join our Wealth Management team at Ulton, a leading business advisory and chartered accounting practice in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and develop new and existing relationships with clients as the first point of contact for our Wealth Management team.
  2. Provide exceptional administrative support to our Wealth Management team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  3. Manage multiple small projects and jobs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and achieving goals while maintaining high-level responsibility and accountability.
  4. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
  5. Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.

Requirements

  1. Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects/jobs at the same time, from start to finish.
  4. Demonstrated ability of high-level responsibility and accountability.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly.
  7. Possess (or currently studying) Financial Planning qualifications (desirable).
