About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at Turtle Sands. As a key member of our resort's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of presentation throughout all resort departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Leadership: Provide direction and support to team members, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Evaluate and monitor guest satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee the efficient and professional management of front office duties, including administrative tasks and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Team Support: Assist the Assistant Manager in supporting team members, providing up-to-date knowledge of accommodation categories and driving a positive work culture.
  • Guest Requests: Assist guests with special requests, general information, transportation, event tickets, restaurant and airline reservations, and other reasonable requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel, park, or tourist park environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience within the front office environment, including areas of reception, switchboard, and reservations.
  • Computer Systems: Previous experience with front office computer and reservations systems is desirable.
  • Guest Service Skills: Outstanding guest service skills, with a welcoming and adaptable approach.
  • Uniform and Appearance: A commitment to wearing uniform with pride and being willing to get hands dirty to support the team.
  • Rostering: Understanding of rostering systems to meet operational needs and departmental ownership.
