About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to our clients, acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, and assisting with implementation and compliance.
  • Facilitate the implementation of client advice, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.
  • Manage communications between stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds.
  • Ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Working experience as a Client Service Officer supporting Financial Advisers.
  • Client-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and making a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
  • Outstanding organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow with a growth mindset towards development.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a close team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude.
