Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Discuss and promote our range of products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Core Banking systems, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to calmly and professionally articulate processes and procedures.
  • A willingness to develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, as well as regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Resilience, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
