Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality care and services in our aged care home. We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead quality assurance, coaching, and training initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance service quality, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery.
  2. Provide coaching and training to staff on quality assurance practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with policy and privacy regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of services delivered.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) highly desirable.
  • Strong background in nursing and experience in quality assurance, coaching, and training.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with staff and stakeholders.
