Overview of the Role:

- Providing leadership and coaching to neighborhood team members, emphasizing relationship-centered care.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
- Strong customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship-based care.
- Strong coaching/training skills, ability to positively influence healthcare workers.
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
