About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager, Community Services to lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance across our community aged care programs.
Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, Community, this full-time, hybrid leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety, care, and innovation.

Identify risks and implement effective controls and improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide advanced clinical support for complex matters and serious incidents.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver education and professional development.
Oversee documentation, care protocols, and policy reviews.
Represent community services in governance and compliance forums.
About You You're a strategic thinker and compassionate leader with: Experience in quality, risk, or clinical governance within aged care or community services.
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
APHRA registration as a Nurse or Allied Health professional.3-5 years' experience in community aged care.
High-level communication, digital literacy, and initiative.
