About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Quality Manager, Community Services to lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance across our community aged care programs. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, Community, this full-time, hybrid leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety, care, and innovation.

Your Impact

As our Quality Manager, you'll:

  • Lead and support quality audits and assurance programs.
  • Identify risks and implement effective controls and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advanced clinical support for complex matters and serious incidents.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver education and professional development.
  • Oversee documentation, care protocols, and policy reviews.
  • Represent community services in governance and compliance forums.

About You

You're a strategic thinker and compassionate leader with:

  • Experience in quality, risk, or clinical governance within aged care or community services.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • APHRA registration as a Nurse or Allied Health professional.
  • 3-5 years' experience in community aged care.
  • High-level communication, digital literacy, and initiative.
