Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Hospitality Services

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly. The successful candidate will have strong customer-centric skills, relationship building abilities, and tertiary qualifications in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dining, cleaning, laundry, and Concierge services to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Direct reports: Head Chef, Concierge, and Housekeeping Assistants.
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles, preferably in aged care required.
